SpaceMystique wants to ensure that your shopping & interior design experience is smooth and hassle-free. We ensure that all products ordered or that are part of your finalized design are shipped to you from our factories with great care and effort. Our team also tracks delivery to ensure that all products reach your home on time.
SpaceMystique currently delivers to all locations in Bangalore.
For all confirmed orders to be delivered via standard delivery option, the estimated delivery time is 45 days from date of payment of 50% advance and confirmation of all design details.
While we ensure that you receive your orders within the delivery time indicated in our shipping policies, unforeseen and uncontrollable events may cause the delay of your delivery. We will contact you in the event of any disruption. We are also dependent on your site conditions being conducive to installation and certain dependencies on your builder if your project is still under construction.
Highly trained members of our team will assemble and install all furniture, interior fittings and decor purchased online from www.spacemystique.com . Our teams will ensure that the final installation is seamless. Our aim is to ensure that you can move into your dream home with the utmost of ease and cherish the day forever.
Return / Exchange / Refund
SpaceMystique wants you to be happy and enjoy your dream home.
Though our Quality Control team carefully inspects every single item leaving our factory, there might be chances that goods can be damaged during installation or may come with some factory flaws. We only request from you that you inform our delivery team immediately, even as soon as receiving your package. It helps us logistically prepare the replacement of your order.
Customers are required to inform us of any issue concerning purchases delivered within 24 hours of the receipt of goods. After 24 hours of the order delivery, SpaceMystique will consider returns of goods on case by case basis. In case of returns, the amount paid for the order will be refunded within 15 days of the order delivery.
1. The original invoice must be presented upon returning the merchandise.
2. Any non-factory defects and damages post-delivery to customers are not valid for returns, replacements, and/or refunds since we will not be able to establish cause.
3. Our quality control team will inspect any items marked for a refund or return.
4. Only when it passes our standard quality test will we be able to fully refund your purchase.
5. Note that taxes and duties paid on your purchase are non-refundable.
6. Refunds are payable in the exact same method of payment.
7. A full refund will only be provided in the event that the same product is not available for replacement.
8. Our Quality team’s decision of replacement or refund is final and binding.
